Return Policy

All sales are considered final at the time of deposit. NO RETURNS. We do not include exchange costs in our overall pricing. Regardless, a few customers feel an exchange is necessary. Rather than raising our prices for this service, a minimum 20% resale charge will be assessed on items returned in absolutely new condition within 3 days. Credit balances will be put toward another purchase or kept on account. NO REFUNDS. Special orders and bedding are non-exchangeable and non‑refundable.
